These terms are non-negotiable.

By viewing the price page AND/OR contacting us with intent of commissioning, you agree to the following:

You will ensure that each and every update provided to you is satisfactory and to your standards, you must request changes as soon as you notice something isn't quite to your liking.

If the final commission is not to your liking, you are held entirely accountable for it.

You are not to chargeback payment on a commission because the final delivery was unsatisfactory.

You will be provided many "Work In Progress" images to ensure the final result is to your liking.

If you are not liking the commission for any reason, at any time, you will let us know immediately.

You can be fully refunded only if your piece has not been started yet or very minimal progress has been made, you will only be partially refunded once we are already in the commission process.

Refund amount will vary on progress made.
Refunds will vary per commission.

You are entitled to free minor changes all throughout your commission, and are allowed 2 free major changes.

Major changes past the allowed 2 will result in additional charges mid-commission.

If charges are not paid within a timely matter, changes will not be made.

You must credit @WITTLESTUDIOS / WITTLESTUDIOS.COM in website bios, video descriptions, twitch about me pages, ETC. Should our work be used in any public space.

If you require a refund once your project has already been started, you surrender all parts and designs that are currently made, so that we may modify it as required and re-sell it.

You are not to chargeback, open a dispute or request a refund directly from your selected payment method without contacting us first to request a refund.

You are NOT allowed to use any commissioned piece for commercial use, by default.

Commercial use describes any activity in which you use a product or service for financial gain. (i.e. Merch, Advertising, NFTs, Anything for viewers with the intent of promoting sale and interest of products, services, and ideas.)
To use commissioned pieces for commercial activities, you must pay an additional fee.

Please contact us if you are unsure if a particular use would be considered Commercial or Personal.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commission, for any reason we may have. We are not required to disclose why we are not taking a commission.

By commissioning us, you agree that we are able to post your commission publicly to our portfolio(s), if you have a commission you would like kept private, you must let us know immediately.
We reserve the right to livestream commissioned pieces unless requested otherwise.

For Live2D commissions, We reserve the right to reuse some textures, effects and assets, modifying them as needed. As this is crucial to making our model commissions as efficient as possible.
